September 4 thru 8 - Monday - Friday: Week before National Grandparents Day
Description: I want us to brainstorm ideas on how to include grandparents into the school this week to interact with the children. For example: have grandparents read to children, have the little kids draw something nice for their grandparents, have a day this week designated for grandparents to have lunch with their grandchildren.
To Do: I want to put together a student accomplishments flier to give to every grandparent that comes to the school this week to show them how well the children are doing here -- emphasizing the education, religion and virtues.
Area of Concern: I don't know if the grandparents will have to complete Safe Environment Training to come up to the school.
